Whether for a coffee, an aperitif or a dessert, at our Baita you can enjoy lunch or a special dinner. The chef specialises in a wide choice of the local Ladin cuisine, and also offers Mediterranean cooking.
L Mulinè offers a variety of culinary specialities, from polenta with mushrooms or goulash or spare ribs to grilled meats, medallion of venison with red-currant sauce, polenta and grilled vegetables. You can also try some of our home-made local Ladin specialities, such as three types of dumpling, pappardelle pasta with venison stew, spinach dumplings with chanterelles, the famous “Schlutzkrapfen” (spinach ravioli) and pressed dumplings with melted butter and sage. We recommend out speciality: dishes served in a pan.
Leave room for our dessert selection, such as “Kaiserschmarren” (pancakes with raisins served with fruit compot) or apple strudel with vanilla sauce, which are, of course, all home-made.
And don’t forget a good glass of wine which you can choose from our large selection.
