The cable-railway net Marmolada has a total of 3 cable-railway segments. The first mountain station Banc d'Antermoja is on 2.350m, the second Serauta on 2.950m and the third station Punta Rocca on 3.265m.

The hut is not far from the Marmolada glacier, near the chairlift that from Passo Fedaia reaches Pian dei Fiacconi.

The museum is located in the building of the cable car that is in the center of the Memorial Zone of the Italian and Austro-Hungarian combat positions.

Refuge Capanna Bill has a large car park and lies on the road leading to Passo Fedaia, which is only 2.5 km away. Other nearby resorts include: Canazei 17 Km, Alleghe 15 Km, Malga Ciapela 2 Km.

We are next to the ski trails of Padon and of the Marmolada glacier: these facilities, together with the Sellaronda itinerary, are part of Dolomiti Superski.
